Nermin K. Ahmad


Ms. Ahmad has more than 30 years experience as a program and project manager. She has hired, trained and managed multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams successfully for programs in the US and in Africa, for government clients, international organization-funded projects, and companies including oil and gas and mining. Her practice areas include stakeholder engagement, hazardous waste site delineation, environmental impacts, sustainability and resilience planning, and emergency preparedness training, management and response.
She currently focuses on developing projects that are critical to economic and social resilience and sustained growth, and helps investors to find the right size and type of project to invest in and realize the Key Performance Metrics they seek. Ms. Ahmad holds an AB from Harvard, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and certifications from the Renee Cassin Institute and Witswatersrand University.

Gerhard K. Bayer


Mr. Bayer has over 30 years’ experience in the high-tech industry, with leadership roles in product and service management, program execution, client engagement management, business development, business strategy and fund raising, start-up incubation, and international business relations. He has worked across diverse industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Travel, Oil, Logistics, and Construction.

Mr. Bayer has guided a number of start-up companies in their transition from prototype to commercially viable solution, strategy and business plan development, as well as capital raising. He has lectured on a variety of topics, including Cloud Computing and Smart Cities.
Most recently he has been involved in Impact Investing projects in East Africa, with a focus on affordable housing and job creation to alleviate poverty.He holds an MS Physics and a BS Computer Science, as well as a Project Management Certification.
